Description:

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital partnerships and help us scale smart. You’ll be working behind the scenes (and sometimes front and center) to support our affiliate efforts — sourcing new partners, managing day-to-day communications, and helping campaigns run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll help onboard new affiliates, provide them with creative assets and tracking links, monitor performance metrics, and keep everything organized behind the scenes. You’ll help keep affiliate data clean and accurate, monitor performance metrics, and flag trends that deserve a second look. You know how to stay on top of follow-ups, write friendly check-in emails, and make sure affiliates always feel supported and seen. You love numbers, but you also understand that behind every stat is a relationship worth nurturing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with the analytics team to analyze traffic and conversions generated from affiliate efforts.
• Monitor affiliate performance and prepare regular reports highlighting top performers and areas for improvement.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries in a timely, friendly manner and provide clear support when they hit a snag.
• Track deadlines for affiliate promotions, campaigns, and payouts—no one likes to be paid late.
• Join affiliate webinars, training calls, or community chats to stay connected and informed.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like ShareASale, Impact, CJ, or PartnerStack.
• Willing to learn about SEO, content marketing, and how traffic affects affiliate success.
• Comfortable using analytics dashboards to track clicks, conversions, and ROI.
• Has ideas for new outreach channels or niches to explore.
• Values honesty, transparency, and clear communication in partnerships.
