Description:

We’re hiring a creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our team and produce stunning animations for various projects. You’ll be responsible for designing and animating high-quality motion graphics for videos, websites, social media, and marketing materials. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure animations are aligned with brand identity and creative goals. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender to create dynamic, high-quality motion graphics. You’ll use tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life with smooth transitions, effects, and 3D elements. You’ll ensure that all animations are on-brand, visually engaging, and align with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll ensure all animations are optimized for different platforms, ensuring the best performance across all screen sizes and devices. You’ll work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all animations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Help onboard or support junior motion designers by sharing files, feedback, and best practices.
• Export animations in various formats optimized for web, mobile, social, or product use (e.g., MP4, Lottie, GIF).
• Collaborate with creative teams, marketers, and video editors to bring static designs and concepts to life through animation.
• Create eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and transitions for video content, ads, social media, and product explainers.
• Ensure animations are optimized for platform-specific specs and don’t impact page speed or playback quality.

Preferred:

• Knows how to prepare clean project files and organize assets for team handoff.
• Thrives in fast-paced creative environments with remote collaboration.
• Able to adapt designs for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• Experience creating assets for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Familiar with design principles such as typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
