We’re hiring Firefighter Trainees who are ready to turn strength, discipline, and a desire to help into a respected career — no experience needed. You’ll learn fire science, emergency response, basic medical care, and how to use every tool with confidence and care. From day one, you’ll be treated like part of the crew — expected to show up, work hard, and have your teammate’s back. We’ll teach you how to use ladders, hoses, breathing gear, and rescue tools like they’re part of your body. The skills you build — CPR, fire control, search and rescue, communication — will be useful for a lifetime. You’ll serve not just in emergencies, but in the everyday — educating the public, helping neighbors, and being a visible pillar of safety.

Basic Qualifications:

• Remain calm and decisive in life-threatening situations with minimal information.
• Assist in wildfire suppression, high-rise evacuations, or hazardous material incidents.
• Represent integrity, courage, and public service both on and off the job.
• Communicate clearly with team members, dispatch, and emergency services during missions.
• Assist in accident scenes, chemical spills, and natural disaster responses.

Preferred:

• Thrives in physically demanding, high-pressure environments that require courage and dedication.
• Pays attention to fire prevention protocols and community safety education.
• Open to ongoing professional development in fire behavior, hazardous materials, or disaster response.
• Capable of safely navigating burning structures, confined spaces, and hazardous areas.
