We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok. Not just someone who watches videos — we need someone who understands the platform’s pulse and can ride trends before they explode. You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and scripting creative content that catches attention and generates buzz. If your camera roll is full of drafts you never posted, we want to see them. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where new ideas are constantly being tested, and content needs to be created quickly and effectively. Are you that friend who’s always saying, “Wait, have you seen this TikTok? Whether you’re filming in your bedroom or out and about, you’ll work with whatever you’ve got — all you need is your phone and a fresh idea. Forget perfection — it’s all about being real, creative, and timely. ” Perfection is nice, but we’re all about creativity, speed, and staying true to what TikTok’s all about — authenticity.

Basic Qualifications:

• Film and edit independently with minimal guidance—be your own director and editor.
• Collaborate with other creators for duet, stitch, or crossover content.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and keep the energy high.
• Balance creative freedom with brand goals—sneak messaging in naturally without being pushy.
• Come up with content series that can keep people coming back (e.g. tips, POVs, behind-the-scenes).

Preferred:

• Understanding how trends evolve and when to jump on them for maximum visibility.
• Willing to brainstorm as a team and occasionally help shoot content for others.
• Knows the importance of posting at the right time for reach and engagement.
• Enjoys interacting with comments and building a sense of community with followers.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and improvising when needed to stay authentic.
