Description:

We’re seeking an Interior Designer who can bring spaces to life through thoughtful planning, cohesive aesthetics, and a deep understanding of how people experience environments — from the ground up. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their habits, tastes, and needs, translating them into spaces that feel both personal and functional. You’ll lead residential projects from concept to final styling, guiding layouts, finishes, furnishings, and lighting plans. We expect you to translate client visions into cohesive, original design concepts that reflect personality and purpose. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align your vision with building constraints and timelines. We’ll rely on you to manage timelines, suppliers, budgets, and contractors while maintaining creative integrity. We’ll rely on your ability to communicate design thinking with confidence, clarity, and visual storytelling. You’ll work hand-in-hand with lighting designers, furniture makers, and stylists to elevate every element of the space. You’ll also help clients see possibilities they never imagined — then show them how to make it real.

Basic Qualifications:

• Develop interior design concepts that blend function, aesthetics, and client preferences.
• Be the calm expert in high-stress moments like move-in days or tight turnarounds.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to help visualize design ideas clearly.
• Oversee deliveries, installations, and final walk-throughs to ensure every detail is right.
• Manage timelines and budgets across multiple ongoing projects.

Preferred:

• Values beauty, functionality, and human-centered thinking in every space designed.
• Capable of adjusting concepts to accommodate lighting conditions, spatial constraints, or structural challenges.
• Able to work with high-end or budget-conscious projects while maintaining design integrity.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Able to develop mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations that align with client preferences and brand identity.
