Description:

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to support our team in creating and executing effective email campaigns. You’ll be responsible for drafting and editing email copy, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the audience. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to design effective email campaigns that align with overall business objectives. You’ll assist with building and segmenting email lists to target the right audience with personalized content. You’ll help segment email lists to target specific audiences and improve engagement with personalized content. You’ll track email campaign performance, analyzing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve future campaigns. You’ll help create email automation workflows to nurture leads, improve customer retention, and support marketing campaigns. Basic Qualifications:

• Support cross-channel efforts by adapting email content for social media, blog posts, or ads.
• Support the creation, scheduling, and delivery of email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or HubSpot.
• Ultimately, help the brand connect with people in a human, helpful, and high-performing way—one email at a time.
• Work with content, design, or sales teams to align email messages with product launches, events, or seasonal promotions.
• Document and maintain SOPs for recurring email tasks, templates, and tagging conventions.

Preferred:

• Knows how to write clear subject lines, preview text, and CTAs that drive engagement.
• Enjoys combining data and creativity to improve results and audience engagement.
• Knows how to optimize send times and segment campaigns by audience behavior.
• Pays close attention to spelling, formatting, and broken links before sending.

You’ll help maintain a calendar of email campaigns, ensuring that emails are sent on time and according to the marketing schedule. You’ll assist with A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize email performance. You’ll assist with sending out newsletters, promotional emails, and transactional emails, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness. You’ll help manage email automation systems and workflows to nurture leads and engage customers at various touchpoints. You’ll ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other privacy laws. You’ll provide regular reports on email campaign performance, suggesting improvements based on data and feedback.
