Description:

We’re looking for a Sports Coach who understands that every athlete is different — someone who listens first, then tailors training to unlock personal bests through patience, structure, and motivation. You’ll create structured training programs that improve strength, agility, endurance, and decision-making under pressure. You’ll design practices that balance fun with focus, encouraging consistent improvement through repetition and play. We expect you to teach fundamentals with clarity, correct mistakes with care, and motivate with respect. You’ll analyze match footage, identify technical gaps, and provide clear, actionable feedback to players. You’ll build trust through honest feedback, consistency, and the ability to push your athletes when they need it most. You’ll manage team dynamics, mediate conflicts, and promote sportsmanship at every turn. We expect you to balance intensity with empathy — pushing hard while understanding when support is needed. You’ll create an environment where discipline feels empowering and effort is always acknowledged.

Basic Qualifications:

• Analyze performance during practices and competitions to provide personalized feedback.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, or sponsors when working with youth athletes.
• Help athletes develop not just physical skill, but confidence, focus, and mental strength.
• Ensure safety by teaching proper technique, monitoring fatigue, and addressing injuries quickly.
• Lead by example in attitude, professionalism, and dedication—your energy sets the tone.
