We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who blends strategy with empathy and knows that every sale starts with a conversation — not a pitch. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our offerings with confidence, clarity, and just the right amount of hustle. You’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but finds opportunities, follows up like a pro, and adapts your approach to fit the person on the other end of the call. You’ll be working remotely, managing your own pipeline, qualifying leads, handling objections with confidence, and moving conversations forward with purpose. You know how to ask the right questions, listen actively, and uncover opportunities that others might miss. You’ll track your activity in a CRM like it’s second nature, and you’re always analyzing your pipeline to understand what’s working and where to improve. You understand how to manage a pipeline, update a CRM religiously, and follow up with precision. You thrive in a results-driven environment but never lose sight of the human side of sales.
Basic Qualifications:
- Help build sales playbooks, templates, or case studies based on real-world conversations.
- Attend remote team check-ins, training sessions, and async updates to stay aligned.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce our products and services in a clear, friendly way.
- Work closely with team leads to refine your pitch, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.
- Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
Preferred:
- Understands basic sales funnels and how to move prospects toward conversion.
- Knows how to build rapport quickly over email, phone, or video calls.
- Understands the importance of follow-ups, timing, and personalization in outreach.
- Able to track and analyze performance metrics like conversion rate and deal size.
- Familiar with using spreadsheets, task boards, or sales dashboards for tracking progress.
