We’re offering a Financial Analyst Trainee role for someone who’s ready to turn curiosity and numbers into business impact — no prior experience needed, just discipline, logic, and a willingness to learn. You’ll support financial reviews by gathering data, cleaning spreadsheets, and preparing summary insights for stakeholders. We’ll teach you how to build dynamic models that support everything from pricing decisions to hiring plans. You’ll assist in forecasting revenue, tracking expenses, and helping managers stay on top of their budgets. You’ll support the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports used by leadership to assess progress. We’ll guide you through working with real-world financial tools like NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel. We’ll guide you through interpreting performance variances and understanding what they really mean. You’ll gain an understanding of how financial decisions affect operations, growth, and long-term company goals. You’ll help update KPI reports, organize financial data, and check that everything adds up before review meetings. You’ll collaborate with accounting, operations, and strategy teams to gather data and verify assumptions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• Maintain a curious mindset—ask why numbers changed, not just what changed.
• Identify red flags early by reviewing cash flow, burn rate, or debt ratios regularly.
• Create clear, concise reports and dashboards for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Build financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability across different scenarios.

• Can build dashboards, reports, and pitch decks for internal or client-facing use.
• Values accuracy, critical thinking, and clarity in financial decision-making processes.
