You’ll research industry trends and audience interests to create relevant, timely content that captures attention. You’ll optimize content for SEO, ensuring articles are structured with keywords that help improve search engine rankings. You’ll craft compelling headlines, descriptions, and calls to action that drive engagement and encourage audience interaction. You’ll assist in writing email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content to support sales and marketing efforts. You’ll ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and error-free, adhering to company guidelines and best practices. You’ll write clear and concise copy that simplifies complex topics, making them easy for our audience to understand and engage with.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write engaging, well-researched, and original content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media posts that matches the brand voice.
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality voice across content while respecting brand-specific nuances or tone guides.
• Support product, marketing, or sales teams by creating case studies, product write-ups, or FAQs.
• Stay organized with version control, file naming, and research archiving to keep your workflow clean.
• Balance speed and depth—know when a piece needs to be thorough, and when it just needs to be useful.

Preferred:

• Can proofread and edit content for tone, structure, and engagement value.
• Experience writing blog posts, articles, or website copy across various industries.
• Organized with writing projects and can manage multiple assignments remotely.
• Understands how to structure content with headers, subheadings, and logical flow.
• Knows how to write introductions and conclusions that create impact and drive retention.
