Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who’s eager to learn how real campaigns are built, launched, and measured — not just from textbooks, but from the inside. You might not have agency experience yet, but you’re curious about how brands grow online and ready to get your hands dirty with the details. You’ll help schedule posts, proofread captions, update landing pages, and spot typos before anyone else does. You’ll learn to prioritize without someone over your shoulder, manage your time across multiple projects, and ask smart questions early. You’ll work closely with the founder, designer, and product team — and start to see how marketing touches every part of the business. You’ll help organize content calendars and learn the difference between “a post” and “a brand message that converts. You’ll write and edit small pieces of content — maybe captions, subject lines, or ad variations — and learn what makes people click, scroll, or bounce. You’ll learn tools like MailerLite, Notion, Figma, Google Ads, and maybe even Zapier — don’t worry, we’ll teach you. You’ll get training on tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Canva, and more — and yes, you’ll use them daily.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand voice, guidelines, and target audience preferences.
- Assist in A/B testing different creatives, headlines, or call-to-actions to find what converts best.
- Support SEO and SEM efforts by conducting keyword research, optimizing metadata, and tracking keyword rankings.
- Stay organized and meet tight deadlines—digital campaigns often move fast and require flexibility.
- Ask smart questions and suggest improvements—your insights matter even if you're early in your marketing career.
Preferred:
- Pays close attention to detail when formatting campaigns, tracking links, or publishing content.
- Can handle basic editing tasks such as cropping images, resizing graphics, or inserting copy into templates.
- Values creativity, analytics, and consistency in marketing work.
- Knows how to proofread and follow brand voice and tone guidelines across all materials.
- Understands how to use tools like Bitly, Buffer, or Notion for campaign coordination.
Benefits:
- We care about growth — yours, the brand’s, and the audience’s.
- We provide tools, templates, and brand guides — but your ideas and execution bring the strategy to life.
- We believe in results, not busywork — and we’ll help you learn to focus on what matters.
- Every published post, campaign report, or landing page you help optimize makes a real impact.
- And yes, we’ll cheer when your campaign hits, your graphic trends, or your email outperforms the control.
No daily standups, no random calls — just a shared roadmap, clear expectations, and async check-ins that respect your time. You’ll work with designers, writers, strategists, and maybe even developers — and learn how collaborative digital truly is. You’ll move fast, but learn to pause for quality — and we’ll help you understand where speed matters and where clarity wins. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, pitch ideas, and take pride in the “small” stuff that keeps campaigns on track. You’ll also make mistakes — and learn how a good agency turns those into lessons, not lectures. You’ll be mentored closely, critiqued constructively, and included like a real part of the team — because you are. You’ll leave with confidence, better instincts, and maybe a favorite client account you secretly want to keep working on. You won’t just learn digital marketing — you’ll learn how it actually works under pressure, in motion, and on deadline. If you’re fast, flexible, curious, and weirdly excited by spreadsheets and content calendars — welcome to agency life.
