Description:

We’re hiring a skilled Fiverr Gig Manager to take charge of our gig listings, ensuring they are engaging and perform well on the platform. You’ll manage and create gigs, making sure each one is appealing, well-structured, and aligned with Fiverr’s best practices. You’ll craft compelling gig titles, descriptions, and tags that attract the right customers and improve our ranking in search results. You’ll handle customer inquiries, answer questions promptly, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. You’ll stay up to date with Fiverr’s algorithm changes and implement best practices to ensure our profile stays relevant. You’ll handle order management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services to maintain positive feedback and repeat business. You’ll ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You’ll optimize gig images and video content, ensuring they accurately represent the services offered and align with the brand. You’ll assist with updating gig content, including images, videos, and pricing, to keep everything fresh and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Document internal SOPs for each gig to maintain quality and train assistants or collaborators if needed.
• Help with upsells and cross-sells by identifying buyer needs and suggesting relevant services.
• Oversee and optimize Fiverr gig listings—writing clear titles, crafting compelling descriptions, selecting relevant tags, and uploading strong visuals or videos.
• Maintain a consistent delivery process with reusable templates, checklists, and file structures for speed and quality.
• Balance multiple orders at once without compromising delivery standards or client communication quality.

Preferred:

• Experience managing or assisting with service-based gigs on Fiverr or similar freelance platforms.
• Background or interest in freelancing, digital services, or remote business operations.
• Understands Fiverr's algorithm, gig ranking factors, and how to optimize for visibility.
• Knows how to manage orders, track revisions, and communicate professionally with clients.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced digital environment with creative service offerings.
