Description:
We’re seeking a skilled Notion Workspace Organizer to optimize and streamline our team’s workflow through a well-structured digital workspace. You’ll be responsible for designing and managing Notion workspaces that support efficient workflows, project management, and collaboration. You’ll assist in creating databases, project boards, and templates that streamline workflows and improve team productivity. You’ll help create and maintain custom templates for meetings, projects, and brainstorming sessions to streamline processes. You’ll maintain a clean and consistent layout, ensuring all content is easily accessible and up-to-date for everyone in the team. You’ll assist in setting up project boards, task tracking systems, and communication channels within Notion. You’ll maintain an organized system of knowledge management, ensuring all documents and resources are easily accessible and searchable. You’ll maintain a structured, organized system, ensuring that all documentation, files, and links are up to date and easy to find.
Basic Qualifications:
- Implement databases with filters, relations, rollups, and formulas to enable smart workflows and automation.
- Build systems that support recurring tasks, project tracking, content production, or habit tracking—all with a minimalist approach.
- Continuously update and maintain the system to adapt to team growth, evolving goals, or new Notion features.
- Create dashboards, task managers, content calendars, CRMs, and knowledge bases that are intuitive and visually clean.
- Use databases for goal setting, client management, editorial tracking, and product development timelines.
Preferred:
- Familiar with database views such as tables, boards, calendars, and galleries.
- Values minimalism, clarity, and intentional structure in digital spaces.
- Familiar with creating reusable templates for meetings, projects, or team processes.
- Can migrate information from other platforms (Google Docs, Trello, Asana) into Notion efficiently.
- Background or interest in digital organization, operations, project management, or productivity systems.
