Description:

We’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk who finds peace in spreadsheets and joy in perfectly aligned columns. You’ll be responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate data across platforms — from anywhere with a stable connection. You’ll review forms, spreadsheets, emails, and reports — and ensure every detail is where it belongs. Accuracy is non-negotiable — you’ll double-check your work to ensure every entry meets our quality standards. You’ll process forms, reports, and digital files in a timely manner to support smooth business operations. 5pt and actually fixes it. Keep data clean, accurate, and organized so others can rely on the work you’ve done. You’ll keep records spotless, systems updated, and your browser tabs refreshingly under control. You’ll protect sensitive information with care, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility. You’ll help keep things running behind the scenes so others can make decisions based on clean data. You’re comfortable working solo, but you also communicate clearly when part of a team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with supervisors, analysts, or project managers to clarify unclear data points or resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with care, following company data privacy policies and protocols.
  • Stay focused in a high-volume, task-driven environment—accuracy is more important than speed alone.
  • Ultimately, ensure that every keystroke contributes to clean, reliable data that teams can trust and use effectively.
  • Support audit preparation by maintaining complete, clear, and traceable entry records.

Preferred:

  • Willing to help merge data from multiple sources and keep records up to date.
  • Background or interest in administration, information management, or business support.
  • Familiar with using filters, formulas, or pivot tables to support simple data sorting and analysis.
  • Pays attention to spelling, consistency, and layout when handling text or numerical data.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail and formatting.
