Description:

We’re hiring Truck Driver Trainees — especially those who are starting fresh in a new country, a new city, or even a new life path. You may be new to trucking, but if you respect the road, stay alert behind the wheel, and want to learn how logistics really works — we’re ready to train you. You’ll start by riding along with experienced drivers, learning how to inspect the truck, check the load, and prepare for the road ahead. You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report issues, and keep your rig in road-ready condition. You’ll learn how to secure cargo, fill out proper paperwork, and communicate with dispatch clearly and professionally. You’ll work alongside senior drivers, joining real routes, watching how things are done, and getting your hands on the process without pressure. You’ll be taught how to talk with dispatch, stay organized, and solve problems calmly when schedules or weather don’t go your way. You’ll understand how to work with dispatch, navigate traffic delays, and still keep a cool, respectful tone on the radio. You’ll never be pushed into the driver’s seat too early — you’ll move forward when you’re confident, capable, and ready to do the job safely.

Basic Qualifications:

• Secure all necessary permits or documentation when crossing state or national borders (for cross-border or intermodal trucking).
• Report accidents, traffic violations, or safety concerns immediately to the appropriate personnel and complete incident reports as required.
• Load and unload cargo as required—ensuring proper weight distribution, secure fastening, and damage prevention.
• Deliver goods with a high level of customer service—obtaining signatures, verifying paperwork, and providing clear communication at drop-off points.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, fuel, and deliveries using ELD systems or paper logs as required by law.

Preferred:

• Values professionalism, consistency, and safety on every delivery.
• Can plan fuel stops, rest breaks, and sleep schedules to stay alert and compliant.
• Willing to report mechanical issues and assist with basic troubleshooting on the road.
• Comfortable driving in varying weather, road, and traffic conditions.
• Familiar with using GPS devices, electronic logging devices (ELDs), or routing apps.
