Description:

We’re hiring a Caregiver to provide compassionate, dependable support to individuals who need daily assistance — perfect for someone who’s patient, attentive, and driven by the desire to help others live with dignity. You’ll monitor clients through the night, providing assistance as needed with repositioning, bathroom trips, or anxiety relief. You’ll be trained to follow care plans that may include sensory support, behavioral cues, communication tools, and therapy exercises. You’ll stay alert throughout the night, ready to respond to calls, movement, or signs of discomfort. You’ll perform quiet household tasks like laundry, light cleaning, and preparation for the next day’s routine. You’ll assist with checking on breathing patterns, temperature comfort, or medical equipment if required. You’ll collaborate with parents, therapists, and educators to maintain consistency and reinforce goals from home to school. You’ll rotate shifts that include quiet overnight presence, daytime care, or support during family visitation hours. You’ll assist during medical appointments, therapy sessions, or errands by offering support and clear communication.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow hygiene and infection control standards to protect both client and caregiver.
• Take pride in making a real difference in someone’s quality of life, every single day.
• Be reliable, punctual, and compassionate—someone families can trust and depend on.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Monitor and report changes in physical or emotional condition to family or medical staff.

Preferred:

• Experience providing personal care, companionship, or assistance with daily living activities for seniors, individuals with disabilities, or patients recovering from illness.
• Enjoys building trust and improving the quality of life for those in need of care.
• Understands how to respond to emergencies calmly and notify family members or supervisors promptly.
• Willing to accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Values empathy, responsibility, and reliability in caregiving roles.
