Description:

We’re hiring a Junior Frontend Developer Trainee who’s excited about building clean, responsive, and accessible web interfaces — no experience required, just solid HTML/CSS skills and a willingness to grow. You’ll work alongside our dev team on real projects, starting with bug fixes, UI polishing, and gradually moving into component building. You’ll work inside a real codebase from week one — building components, fixing layout issues, and learning the logic behind dynamic interfaces. You’ll work with real designers to implement layouts that adapt beautifully — from wide desktops to tiny phones. Expect to work closely with designers, turning Figma files into interfaces that move, breathe, and respond beautifully. We’ll show you how to read Figma files, translate mockups into working interfaces, and implement pixel-perfect UIs. You’ll be introduced to accessibility best practices: alt text, focus states, keyboard navigation, and ARIA roles. We’ll help you read Figma files, match spacing, use rem units, and make everything responsive across viewports. We’ll support you with 1:1 mentorship, pair programming, and review sessions that help you level up every week.

Basic Qualifications:

• Write or update simple documentation for components or workflows as you go.
• Work with tools like Vite, Webpack, or Next.js if the stack calls for it.
• Communicate clearly about what’s done, what’s blocked, and what needs clarification.
• Use Git daily and get comfortable with branches, merges, and fixing the occasional merge mess.
• Help spot UX issues, performance bottlenecks, or missing states (like loading or error).

Preferred:

• Can set up simple frontend projects from scratch and follow clean folder structures.
• Values clean code, reusability, and continuous learning in a technical role.
• Comfortable working with backend developers to integrate frontend with APIs and auth flows.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a solid understanding of responsive web design.
• Familiar with package managers like npm or yarn and basic build tools (Webpack, Vite, or Parcel).
