You’ll manage your time well, stay organized, and deliver consistent output even on repetitive tasks. You’ll spot errors, fix typos, and ensure every field is filled before hitting “submit. You’ll protect sensitive information with care, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility. You’ll handle repetitive tasks without losing focus or quality, even on long-form projects. You’ll take deadlines seriously, but not yourself — because you know humor helps when working with 1,000 rows.

Basic Qualifications:

• Collaborate with supervisors, analysts, or project managers to clarify unclear data points or resolve discrepancies.
• Double-check completed entries to ensure accuracy and perform regular quality control checks on previous work.
• Communicate clearly and professionally when asking questions or reporting issues.
• Process scanned documents, handwritten notes, or digital forms into structured, machine-readable formats.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and follow naming conventions for easy access and retrieval of data files.

Preferred:

• Open to repetitive tasks and capable of maintaining focus over long sessions.
• Organized with digital folders, file naming, and version control best practices.
• Can help improve data processes by identifying inefficiencies or suggesting cleaner formats.
• Wants to grow into roles like Data Analyst, Office Coordinator, or Operations Assistant.
• Familiar with using filters, formulas, or pivot tables to support simple data sorting and analysis.
