Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant Intern who’s excited to gain real experience, build confidence in customer service, and explore what it’s like to be part of a dynamic retail team. You’ll start by observing how team members greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products that fit real needs. You’ll be trained on how to handle transactions, operate the register, and assist with returns or exchanges professionally and politely. You’ll learn how to restock shelves, tidy displays, and make sure everything is clean, organized, and easy to find. You’ll be taught how to listen actively, read customer needs, and offer recommendations that genuinely help — not just sell. You’ll also observe how sales targets work and how individual performance contributes to team success. You’ll gain insight into inventory basics — such as restocking, tagging, and keeping count of popular items. You’ll be part of team briefings, gaining insight into promotions, sales goals, and seasonal retail strategies. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, take notes, and actively observe how experienced staff handle different customer needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Keep fitting rooms tidy and ready for the next customer at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout throughout the day.
• Stay positive and energetic, even during slow periods or tough shifts.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily sales goals and store targets.
• Participate in in-store events or promotions by helping with setup and customer engagement.

Preferred:

• Open to flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and helping lift or move merchandise when needed.
• Thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments with a positive team spirit.
• Comfortable handling cash registers, POS systems, and basic transaction processing.
• Understands how to meet daily or weekly sales targets and contribute to store goals.
