Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee to help us create bold, scroll-stopping content for social media — no experience required, just energy, taste, and an eye for trends. You’ll start by working with product designers to create wireframes, mockups, and polished interface components. We’ll teach you how to design within a fashion identity — clean, elevated, and emotionally resonant. Your first tasks will include resizing assets, creating social media graphics, and supporting ongoing brand projects. You’ll learn how to combine fonts, colors, and motion to match internet culture and speak the platform’s language. You’ll be part of a creative crew that thrives on bold visuals, smart strategy, and trend-aware thinking. You’ll observe how creative teams brainstorm, pitch, and revise ideas — and how collaboration brings designs to life. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. You’ll work with developers, learning how to hand off clean files, export assets, and communicate your intent clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Present your work with confidence, explaining design choices when needed.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
• Translate vague ideas like 'make it pop' into real, usable work.
• Meet with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision—even if they don’t speak 'design'.
• Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma like a second language.

Preferred:

• Familiar with basic motion design or video editing tools is a plus (e.g. After Effects, Premiere).
• Thrives in creative, feedback-driven environments where design has a direct business impact.
• Can translate ideas or briefs into clear and compelling visual concepts.
• Experience creating visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Able to maintain visual clarity and functionality in user-focused designs.
