Description:
We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative who thrives on connection, communicates with purpose, and knows that trust is the foundation of every successful deal. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to close, doing it all remotely with confidence and clarity. This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales role — we’re looking for someone who can nurture leads, build rapport quickly, and close with integrity. You’ll be working remotely, managing your own pipeline, qualifying leads, handling objections with confidence, and moving conversations forward with purpose. You know how to listen actively, read signals (even over email), and build trust quickly. Your follow-up game is strong — timely, respectful, and always on point. CRM hygiene? You’ll partner closely with our internal teams to provide customer feedback, improve materials, and make sure we’re aligned on who we’re serving and how.
Basic Qualifications:
- Stay on top of trends in the industry to keep your pitch relevant and sharp.
- Follow up with leads consistently, providing value and answering objections without sounding pushy or robotic.
- Craft personalized outreach that shows you did your homework, not just copy-paste outreach.
- Use digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Loom, Notion, etc.) efficiently to keep communication tight.
- Be persistent but respectful—follow-up is an art, not a spam button.
Preferred:
- Has worked in SaaS, e-commerce, B2B, or service-based industries (or willing to learn).
- Experience writing sales emails or creating proposals tailored to potential clients.
- Basic understanding of the product or service being sold and eagerness to learn more.
- Familiar with using spreadsheets, task boards, or sales dashboards for tracking progress.
- Experience in outbound or inbound sales, customer outreach, or lead generation.
