You’ll ensure all course elements run smoothly — from maintaining clean, updated modules to helping troubleshoot login or access issues. You’ll respond to student questions via chat, email, or discussion boards, provide helpful reminders about assignments, and assist instructors with uploading content, managing schedules, and tracking engagement. If you’ve ever built a Notion dashboard just for fun or color-coded a syllabus just to make it prettier — this is your kind of job. If you can catch typos, fix broken links, and gently remind people about deadlines — all in the same hour — you’ll thrive here. Whether it’s uploading new modules, proofreading content, or flagging broken links, you do it all with care. Basic Qualifications:
- Moderate live sessions (Zoom/Webinar) by managing Q&A, chat, and technical issues behind the scenes.
- Support instructors in grading by organizing submissions or pre-checking criteria (if permitted).
- Liaise between students and instructors when questions need expert clarification.
- Assist with onboarding new students by providing access, welcome messages, and basic tech support.
- Organize student queries or support tickets by category to streamline resolution.
Preferred:
- Interest in education, e-learning platforms, or digital course delivery.
- Excited to grow into roles in digital education, support, or coordination.
- Can proofread or lightly edit content for clarity or grammar as needed.
- Pays attention to tone and clarity when writing instructions or support responses.
- Open to learning about LMS (Learning Management System) tools and processes.
