Description:

We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress who thrives in a lively atmosphere and knows how to bring positive energy to every table — someone who’s fast on their feet, friendly by nature, and focused on delivering excellent service. You’ll welcome guests with a genuine smile, make them feel comfortable, and ensure they’re taken care of from the moment they sit down. You’ll start by shadowing experienced staff and slowly take on more tables as your confidence grows. You’ll stay attentive without hovering, offering refills, checking in at the right times, and clearing dishes efficiently. You’ll keep an eye on your tables, noticing when someone needs a refill, extra napkins, or just a friendly check-in. You’ll learn our menu inside and out so you can make thoughtful recommendations and upsell naturally when appropriate. You’ll communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are smooth and timing is spot-on. You’ll help clear and reset tables efficiently, keeping the dining room clean and inviting for the next party. You’ll handle payments quickly and correctly, offering a sincere thank-you every time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Process payments quickly, whether by cash, card, or split checks, and return correct change or receipts.
• Stay positive, even on long shifts or tough nights—your energy sets the tone for the room.
• Support host staff and bussers when needed to keep the dining flow smooth.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols, including sanitizing tables and handling utensils properly.
• Assist coworkers during peak hours, whether by running food or helping reset tables.

Preferred:

• Can recommend upsells such as desserts, drinks, or side dishes to enhance customer experience.
• Familiar with processing payments, splitting bills, and handling cash, card, or mobile transactions accurately.
• Willing to refill drinks, clear plates promptly, and check in without being intrusive.
• Familiar with handling large parties, outdoor seating, or event service when needed.
• Wants to grow into roles like Head Waiter, Shift Lead, or Restaurant Manager.
