We’re looking for Actor / Model / Influencer Trainees to represent fashion and lifestyle brands — no runway experience needed, just a confident look, camera awareness, and a sense of style. You’ll help bring our brand and creative concepts to life through video shoots, photos, and short-form social content. We’ll guide you on how to make content that feels authentic, not overly polished — because real sells better than fake. Expect to film routines, GRWMs, product demos, favorite finds, cozy day edits, and quiet storytelling content. Expect to shoot for social media, e-commerce, print, and reels that need both elegance and energy. You’ll learn how to take basic scripts or concepts and turn them into engaging moments that feel real and relatable. ” Some content will be scripted, others spontaneous — you’ll get better at flowing naturally and finding beauty in the small things. You’ll gain confidence showing your face, talking to the camera, and sharing pieces of your routine in a way that feels honest. We’ll help you understand platform trends, timing, hashtags, and how to post with intention instead of stress.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and audience sentiment.
• Stay informed on trending formats, poses, audio, or aesthetics relevant to your niche.
• Be flexible with last-minute changes, shoots, or travel opportunities.
• Help brainstorm campaign ideas and bring creative suggestions to the table.
• Understand and interpret scripts, briefs, or moodboards to deliver the desired tone and emotion.

Preferred:

• Knows how to bring energy, personality, and authenticity to each shoot or performance.
• Willing to engage with followers, respond to comments, and represent brands in a professional way.
• Able to follow creative direction, scripts, or moodboards from photographers and directors.
• Values creativity, professionalism, and versatility in front of the camera.
• Wants to grow into roles like Brand Ambassador, Commercial Talent, or Full-Time Influencer.
