Description:

We’re hiring a Gynecologist who sees every patient as a whole person — not just a diagnosis — and who’s committed to offering individualized, respectful care at every stage of womanhood. You’ll perform routine checkups, preventive screenings, and diagnostic evaluations with both thoroughness and empathy. You’ll advise on menstrual health, sexual wellness, contraception, fertility planning, and menopausal care in a safe and open environment. You’ll perform routine and diagnostic procedures, including Pap smears, colposcopies, and pelvic ultrasounds. You’ll guide patients through birth control options, fertility treatments, and pregnancy preparation with honesty and compassion. You’ll support patients through emotionally difficult moments, delivering both facts and empathy when it matters most. You’ll perform minor in-office procedures and collaborate on surgical cases when needed. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout many phases of their lives. You’ll ensure that all documentation is complete, secure, and meets regulatory standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respond promptly to gynecological emergencies like ectopic pregnancies, hemorrhages, or miscarriages.
• Conduct routine exams including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and breast checks to monitor reproductive health.
• Perform ultrasounds and interpret test results to guide accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Support patients through childbirth, postpartum recovery, and long-term reproductive planning.
• Maintain detailed, confidential medical records and document every consultation, test, and follow-up accurately.

Preferred:

• Able to provide emotional support during miscarriages, infertility treatments, or complex diagnoses.
• Willing to provide patient education on hygiene, lifestyle, STIs, and overall reproductive health.
• Able to communicate diagnoses, procedures, and treatment options with clarity and empathy.
• Capable of working in both private practice and hospital systems depending on patient care demands.
• Pays strong attention to patient history, risk factors, and emotional well-being during consultations.
