Description:

We’re looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force making sure products, schedules, and shipments all line up perfectly. Every day, you’ll coordinate shipments, confirm deliveries, and resolve delays like a pro. You’ll track inventory levels, ensuring products are delivered on time and that there is no disruption to production schedules. Working cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams is part of your routine. You’ll help maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and invoices. If there's a disruption in the supply chain, you're the first to jump in with a backup plan. You’ll assist with forecasting inventory needs, ensuring that materials are ordered in advance to meet production schedules. You bring clarity to chaos and create systems that others can rely on.

Basic Qualifications:

• Maintain records of shipping data, delivery confirmations, and carrier performance for analysis and auditing.
• Adapt to unexpected situations calmly—logistics involves moving targets, and flexibility is essential.
• Resolve issues like damaged goods, shipment errors, or customs holds through quick, effective communication and documentation.
• Stay in contact with carriers or warehouse personnel to proactively address traffic delays, labor shortages, or weather-related disruptions.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding shipment ETAs, changes, or issues—maintaining professionalism and transparency.

Preferred:

• Organized with managing schedules, stock levels, and delivery calendars across time zones.
• Comfortable analyzing shipping data or patterns to help improve operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, or inventory across vendors or locations.
• Willing to update reports, dashboards, or shipment records on a daily or weekly basis.
• Understands how to track performance metrics like on-time delivery, fulfillment accuracy, or shipping cost per unit.
