Description:

We’re hiring a Courier Trainee who’s ready to learn the ins and outs of package delivery using a company vehicle in a structured, logistics-driven environment. You’ll start by learning your delivery zone — the shortcuts, building entrances, and customer preferences that help save time. You’ll assist with picking up packages, checking addresses, and verifying delivery details before heading out. You’ll be trained to use route apps and delivery platforms to track orders and mark successful drop-offs. You’ll help maintain delivery logs, update transport records, and confirm hand-offs with clear signatures and documentation. You’ll help with light paperwork like delivery logs, signatures, and receipts, ensuring all documentation is accurate. You’ll receive safety training related to traffic laws, secure packaging, and lifting techniques to avoid injury. You’ll gain experience in highway navigation, border procedures (if applicable), and drop-off protocols in unfamiliar cities. You’ll gain experience in handling fragile, urgent, or sensitive deliveries with extra care and attention.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all packages are delivered to the correct address and secured if no one is available.
• Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work independently for long periods of time.
• Handle items with care, especially fragile, time-sensitive, or confidential materials.
• Load and unload packages in a way that maximizes space while preventing damage.
• Communicate with dispatchers or clients about changes, delays, or delivery confirmations.

Preferred:

• Familiar with using delivery tracking apps or handheld scanners to update order statuses in real time.
• Willing to adhere to time windows, company policies, and delivery service standards consistently.
• Can communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, or coworkers during the delivery process.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments where speed, service, and reliability are essential.
• Organized with delivery logs, fuel receipts, and basic vehicle maintenance or bike upkeep.
