Description:

We’re looking for a Psychology / Coaching Trainee who’s passionate about human growth, mindset shifts, and helping people unlock their full potential — no experience needed, just empathy and a deep curiosity about how people think and grow. You’ll support personal development sessions by helping prepare materials, exercises, and coaching tools. We’ll teach you how to recognize behavioral patterns, identify emotional blocks, and support clients through structured frameworks. You’ll help structure sessions that focus on mindset shifts, confidence building, and emotional balance. Expect to collaborate with coaches and psychologists to co-create safe, judgment-free spaces for personal reflection. You’ll take notes during live sessions, track progress, and observe different coaching styles and techniques. You’ll explore emotional regulation strategies, reframing techniques, and core coaching methodologies. You’ll also learn how to communicate feedback gently, reframe limiting beliefs, and encourage mindset shifts. You’ll participate in case studies, roleplays, and feedback sessions to sharpen your empathy and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Celebrate small wins along the way—it helps clients stay motivated and proud.
• Respond to client questions, challenges, or breakthroughs between sessions if appropriate.
• Support clients through life transitions, burnout, imposter syndrome, or goal-setting blocks.
• Balance motivation with realism—help clients dream big but plan smart.
• Recognize signs of deeper psychological issues and refer clients to licensed specialists when needed.

Preferred:

• Can work with clients across different life stages—from students to professionals or executives.
• Enjoys helping others unlock their strengths, overcome blocks, and pursue meaningful goals.
• Wants to grow into roles like Senior Coach, Therapist, Program Director, or Motivational Speaker.
• Background or passion in psychology, leadership, behavioral science, or human development.
• Formal education or certification in psychology, coaching, counseling, or a related field.
