Description:

We’re looking for a Flight Attendant Trainee who’s ready to start a sky-high career in service, safety, and travel — no prior experience required, just professionalism, adaptability, and a warm, calm presence under pressure. You’ll learn how to assist passengers throughout the flight journey, from check-in support to final landing procedures. We’ll train you in safety briefings, medical response, and how to remain composed in a variety of in-flight scenarios. You’ll assist with cabin preparation, luggage storage, and ensuring all passengers are safely secured for takeoff. Expect to balance warmth and authority — making passengers feel at ease while ensuring protocols are followed. You’ll be prepared to act swiftly during turbulence, reroutes, and medical emergencies with full crew coordination. We’ll show you how to keep passengers calm during turbulence, delays, or unexpected situations. You’ll gain knowledge of international routes, cross-cultural etiquette, and how to make every passenger feel welcome. We’ll teach you international service etiquette, brand standards, and how to adapt your tone for different passenger profiles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bring a smile, even at 35,000 feet—your presence sets the tone for the entire journey.
• Respond to medical situations, turbulence, or passenger concerns with professionalism and care.
• Be flexible with changing schedules, overnight stays, and unexpected reroutes.
• Handle passenger complaints, conflicts, or special needs with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor even during stressful or long-haul flights.

Preferred:

• Committed to upholding aviation standards, passenger safety, and high levels of service at all times.
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage, stand for long periods, and assist with emergency evacuations if needed.
• Able to remain composed during emergencies and trained to follow standard safety procedures.
• Capable of performing pre-flight checks, preparing the cabin, and completing detailed reports post-flight.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is highly valued.
