Description:
We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer who approaches every problem with curiosity, clarity, and a strong belief that design should make people’s lives easier — not more complicated. You won’t just be designing interfaces; you’ll be crafting product experiences from the ground up, grounded in empathy, usability, and clear visual storytelling. You’ll take part in the full product journey: from early discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UIs that are responsive, accessible, and rooted in real user feedback. You’re just as comfortable sketching on paper as you are working in Figma, and you know how to move from low-fi to polished mockups with confidence. You're thoughtful with your decisions and can explain *why* something works, not just *how* it looks. You’re thoughtful, detail-obsessed, and approach feedback with a collaborative mindset, always striving to find the best solution — not just your solution. You know how to give and receive feedback like a pro, and you believe the best ideas often come from collaboration.
Basic Qualifications:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Use components and constraints wisely to speed up workflow while maintaining a polished result.
- Design for real-world constraints like time, tech limitations, and business goals—creativity thrives in boundaries.
- Jump into user testing or customer interviews when needed—design is not just a desk job.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and speed in the product development process.
Preferred:
- Excited to work on end-to-end product experiences from ideation to delivery.
- Pays attention to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Able to present design ideas and receive feedback without taking it personally.
- Comfortable creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Understands responsive design and how interfaces adapt across devices.
Benefits:
- We celebrate beautiful UI and usable UX equally — both get you claps.
- Access to paid tools like Figma Pro, IconJar, and all the fonts you secretly love.
- Cross-functional teams with real trust — PMs, devs, and designers work as equals.
- You’ll build things people actually enjoy using — not just click through.
- Remote-first culture with optional creative retreats (yes, with moodboards).
You know that motion and interaction design aren’t nice-to-haves — they’re essential tools to guide and delight users. Whether you’re refining a core experience or experimenting with something brand new, you care about the "why" behind every design decision. You're familiar with accessibility standards, responsive design, and building for performance — because design isn't finished until it works for *everyone*. You balance creativity with usability, and you never let trendy visuals get in the way of functional clarity. Let’s make things people enjoy using — not just tolerate. ” before opening your design tool — you’re our kind of designer. Let’s build products that are not only beautiful but meaningful.
