We’re hiring a Copywriter / Content Trainee to help us write emails, blog posts, and landing page copy — no experience required, just strong writing instincts and a willingness to learn fast. You’ll work closely with editors and content leads to craft articles, interviews, newsletters, and microcopy for real audiences. We’ll teach you how to structure an email: subject lines, hooks, body, and clear CTAs that actually get clicked. You’ll learn to write in different voices depending on the brand — from serious B2B to warm lifestyle tones. Expect to draft blog posts, polish landing page text, and help brainstorm headlines that convert without being cliché. You’ll help create copy for forms, modals, dropdowns, confirmation messages, and mobile flows. We’ll show you how to write with structure — every word serving a function, every sentence helping someone do something better. You’ll also work on editing landing pages, rewriting social captions, or expanding rough ideas into usable outlines or campaigns. Basic Qualifications:

• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on real results.
• Meet deadlines reliably while maintaining high standards for accuracy and originality.
• Stay up to date with trends in language, content formats, and publishing standards.

Preferred:

• Organized in managing content calendars, drafts, feedback, and final delivery timelines.
• Comfortable using Grammarly, Hemingway, or similar tools to refine drafts.
• Can meet deadlines in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple assignments.
• Can adapt brand tone and voice consistently across all written content.
• Able to transform complex topics into clear, engaging narratives that inform or persuade.
