Description:

We’re hiring a passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote team and help shape the visual identity of our brand. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning visual content for digital and print platforms that reflect our brand identity. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create stunning designs that align with our brand strategy and objectives. You’ll develop design concepts for various campaigns, from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality standards. You’ll be involved in creating layouts, typography, and iconography for web and mobile platforms to improve user experience. You’ll ensure consistency across all design elements, from website graphics to print collateral, maintaining a cohesive brand identity. You’ll help develop digital content, including website elements, banners, and social media graphics that are optimized for various platforms. You’ll work on designing both static and interactive assets for websites, social media campaigns, and email newsletters.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure accessibility and usability in all designs—contrast, font size, readability, and responsive behavior.
• Stay organized with file naming, folder structure, and version control—your files should be a joy to open.
• Collaborate with developers or content teams to ensure design handoff is clean and understandable.
• Create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email, print, and digital ads—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently—iterating quickly without sacrificing creativity.

Preferred:

• Understands the basics of UX/UI if working on digital product teams.
• Willing to collaborate closely with marketing, product, or content teams remotely.
• Can design marketing materials such as banners, ads, presentations, and social templates.
• Values clarity, creativity, and strategy in design work.
• Can confidently present design ideas and explain decisions to non-designers.
