We’re hiring a Webflow Developer who’s obsessed with clean builds, sleek animations, and websites that just *feel* right. You’re the type who gets satisfaction from clean class naming, perfectly structured layouts, and buttery-smooth animations. You treat classes, CMS collections, and interactions like tools in an artist’s kit, and you know when to keep it simple and when to push boundaries. You’ve worked with CMS collections, multi-step interactions, and know how to make animations feel intentional, not gimmicky. You know your way around CMS collections, dynamic filtering, and multi-step interactions, and you’re comfortable adding custom embeds when Webflow’s native tools aren’t quite enough. You understand UX as much as design and can translate static mockups into living, breathing sites with personality and purpose. You don’t just build — you solve problems, optimize flows, and bring ideas to life.

Basic Qualifications:

• Export and hand off clean HTML/CSS when needed, especially for hybrid setups or migration plans.
• Create modular design systems inside Webflow—components, style guides, and reusable classes that make the site easy to scale.
• Troubleshoot layout bugs, cross-browser issues, and performance bottlenecks before or after launch.
• Test sites thoroughly before publishing—across screen sizes, browsers, and device types.
• Build with scalability in mind—whether it’s one page or a whole CMS-driven ecosystem, structure matters.

Preferred:

• Can build reusable components and style systems for scalable projects.
• Understands website best practices for usability, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Experience working with animations, scroll effects, and responsive layouts.
• Pays attention to detail and ensures consistency in typography, color, and spacing.
• Familiar with client handoff processes and preparing Editor-friendly interfaces.
