Description:
We’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Assistant who’s excited to help build and scale partnerships that drive real growth. You’ll play a key support role by managing outreach lists, keeping tabs on partner performance, and making sure every affiliate has what they need to succeed. You’ll be the person behind the scenes ensuring affiliates get what they need when they need it — from promo assets and discount codes to timely communication and performance updates. You’ll assist with reviewing applications, managing outreach lists, and keeping our CRM and affiliate platform tidy and up-to-date. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to keep content and promotions aligned, and you’ll track what’s working across channels so we can double down where it matters. You’ll learn how to monitor performance data, spot trends, and flag opportunities for growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Stay up-to-date on trends in affiliate and influencer marketing—platform changes, FTC guidelines, etc.
- Proactively surface ideas to make the program more engaging, whether it’s gamification, bonuses, or better materials.
- Support outreach campaigns for seasonal promotions, product launches, or high-conversion windows.
- Join affiliate webinars, training calls, or community chats to stay connected and informed.
- Coordinate small affiliate contests, bonuses, or shout-outs to boost engagement and motivation.
Preferred:
- Comfortable managing spreadsheets, tracking links, and performance reports.
- Willing to learn about SEO, content marketing, and how traffic affects affiliate success.
- Excited to work with partners and creators in a collaborative way.
- Comfortable using analytics dashboards to track clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Knows how to research and evaluate potential affiliate partners or influencers.
Benefits:
- No micromanagement — you’ll own your campaigns, start to finish.
- See the ripple effect of your work — from clicks to commissions to community.
- Access to internal data, copy, and assets — you’re not flying blind.
- You’ll build relationships with real people — not just manage a dashboard.
- Learn how to spot shady traffic vs. real results (and brag about it).
You’ll also support content creation, help plan campaigns, and occasionally pitch in on cross-functional marketing tasks. You’re comfortable using affiliate platforms (or ready to learn fast), and you know your way around spreadsheets, analytics tools, and digital workflows. You’re proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve workflows or streamline communication. This is a great role for someone who wants to grow in digital marketing, learn the ins and outs of affiliate strategy, and be part of a team that values both performance and people. Let’s build something scalable, measurable, and full of good energy. Let’s grow our affiliate network with intention, care, and momentum.
