Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Clerk Intern to join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment team — perfect for someone who’s organized, energetic, and eager to learn how online orders get out the door. You’ll assist with processing late-day deliveries, unloading trucks, and carefully checking incoming goods against manifests. You’ll assist in receiving refrigerated or frozen goods, verifying product integrity, and checking temperatures upon arrival. You’ll help pick and pack overnight orders, prepping them for early-morning courier pickups or dispatch. You’ll be trained on how to handle sensitive cargo such as live animals, perishables, and dangerous goods with precision and care. You’ll work alongside customs staff and logistics agents, learning how to prepare export and import documentation correctly. You’ll learn how to handle fragile, oversized, or bundled orders with the appropriate packaging method. You’ll be part of regular cycle counts, learning how inventory is tracked and discrepancies are resolved. You’ll assist in cleaning and sanitizing storage units and workstations to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct regular inventory counts and help reconcile stock records with physical counts.
• Follow shift schedules, clock in/out properly, and be punctual and dependable.
• Use inventory management systems to log incoming/outgoing goods and update stock levels.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and identifying damaged or expired goods.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.

Preferred:

• Able to support returns processing, damaged goods logging, or inventory reconciliation efforts.
• Familiar with packing requirements for fragile, perishable, or international shipments.
• Familiar with receiving shipments, checking delivery documents, and inspecting goods for damage or accuracy.
• Willing to assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, or stock rotation practices.
• Enjoys organizing goods, supporting shipments, and contributing to smooth warehouse flow.

You’ll often work independently or in a small team, so self-motivation and responsibility matter more than speed.
