Description:

We’re seeking a Hairdresser who brings both technical skill and a warm personality — someone who makes clients feel at ease while delivering consistently beautiful results. You’ll offer haircuts, blowouts, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s hair type, lifestyle, and preferences. You’ll begin each appointment with a thoughtful consultation, taking time to understand the client’s lifestyle, face shape, and desired result. You’ll help clients express themselves — whether they want a subtle refresh or a bold transformation. You’ll help guide clients through changes, whether it’s their first bold color or a subtle refresh that lifts their confidence. You’ll maintain a clean, polished station and follow all salon hygiene protocols with consistency. You’ll maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at your station. You’ll recommend at-home care routines and salon products to keep hair looking and feeling great between visits. You’ll build relationships with regulars and make newcomers feel instantly comfortable and welcome.

Basic Qualifications:

• Take pride in making someone feel confident when they walk out the door.
• Offer additional services such as scalp treatments, deep conditioning, or keratin smoothing as needed.
• Color, bleach, highlight, or tone hair while maintaining hair health and achieving the right shade.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and tools in line with hygiene and salon standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through good conversation, consistency, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Follows hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and client comfort.
• Familiar with current hair trends, classic techniques, and salon-quality finishing standards.
• Able to assist coworkers and contribute to a team-oriented salon culture.
• Willing to support reception tasks like greeting clients or managing bookings if needed.
• Willing to upsell retail products or additional treatments based on client needs and salon goals.
