Description:

We’re looking for a talented Figma Designer to join our team and craft beautiful, functional, and user-centered designs. You’ll be responsible for designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure the design vision is effectively executed. You’ll ensure consistency across all designs by developing and maintaining design systems, components, and styles in Figma. You’ll create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows for client presentations or user testing. You’ll iterate on your designs based on user feedback and usability testing, constantly improving the user experience. You’ll work with development teams to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs into the final product. You’ll ensure that all designs are user-friendly, accessible, and mobile-responsive, providing an optimal experience across all devices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Participate in user testing or UX reviews to gather insights and refine flows for better usability and clarity.
• Keep up with UI/UX design trends, Figma updates, and best practices to improve the quality of your work.
• Use Figma features like variants, interactive components, and constraints to build scalable, responsive designs.
• Set up interactive prototypes to demonstrate animations, transitions, and logic flows between screens for stakeholder presentations.
• Adapt design output to support localization, dark mode, or platform-specific UI conventions.

Preferred:

• Enjoys simplifying complex interfaces and improving overall user flow.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, or product managers.
• Able to work independently or as part of a remote design team.
• Familiar with using Figma plugins to speed up workflows or add functionality.
• Background or interest in product design, UX/UI, digital branding, or web design.

You’ll help streamline workflows, ensuring designs are delivered on time and with attention to detail.
