Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee — no professional experience required, just a passion for visual storytelling and a drive to learn by doing. You’ll assist in planning and shooting real-world content — product photos, brand reels, behind-the-scenes clips, interviews, and lifestyle visuals. We’ll teach you how to frame shots quickly, shoot in changing light, and capture authentic details that bring locations to life. Expect to hike, move light gear, set up fast, and shoot both raw and cinematic footage in places where conditions change quickly. Expect to help film people talking calmly, reflecting, working, moving slowly, and being fully themselves on camera. We’ll guide you in capturing both horizontal and vertical formats, knowing when to shoot B-roll, and understanding what content works best where. We’ll guide you in capturing ambient details, layering space, and creating rhythm in your footage that feels human and poetic. You’ll assist with organizing footage, backing up files, and keeping shoots efficient and professional. You’ll assist with organizing footage, tagging clips, syncing audio, and even helping build teaser edits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ensure all equipment is charged, packed, and functioning before every shoot.
• Adapt to different environments: indoor studios, outdoor locations, live events, etc.
• Direct talent or subjects during shoots to create natural, compelling results.
• Take direction well, but also offer ideas that can elevate the final product.
• Handle the full content lifecycle—from concept to final export and delivery.

Preferred:

• Wants to grow into roles like Creative Director, Cinematographer, or Full-Time Content Creator.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Willing to travel, carry equipment, and handle on-set logistics as needed.
• Able to deliver final media in appropriate formats and aspect ratios for social media, web, or print.
• Knows how to manually adjust shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and white balance for creative control.
