Description:

We’re hiring a Photographer / Videographer Trainee to assist on fashion, portrait, and lifestyle shoots — no experience required, just a good eye and passion for capturing people beautifully. You’ll assist in capturing beautiful moments across cities, nature, people, food, and real life — from rooftops to remote roads. We’ll teach you how to work quietly, move intentionally, and catch candid shots without disrupting the flow. You’ll gain experience with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, audio gear, tripods, gimbals, and sometimes just quick reflexes and natural light. You’ll learn how to shoot both photo and video — full-body looks, tight crops, beauty shots, and mood-driven footage. We’ll guide you in capturing both horizontal and vertical formats, knowing when to shoot B-roll, and understanding what content works best where. We’ll help you develop your aesthetic: clean, moody, natural, or editorial — and show you how to build visual consistency. You’ll also assist with interviews, helping set up lights, adjust framing, test audio, and create a safe space for vulnerability. We’ll also teach you the basics of editing: color correction, trimming, transitions, and how to export clean content for Reels, YouTube, and TikTok.

Basic Qualifications:

• Edit and retouch footage or images to ensure they meet brand standards and look polished.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots based on client needs, moodboards, or creative briefs.
• Adjust quickly on set if weather, lighting, or client needs change suddenly.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments when relevant for additional content value.
• Ensure all equipment is charged, packed, and functioning before every shoot.

Preferred:

• Willing to shoot behind-the-scenes content or short reels for promotional use.
• Can adapt to different tones — from cinematic to commercial, documentary to editorial.
• Able to shoot portraits, events, products, or lifestyle content depending on project needs.
• Background or passion in visual storytelling, film, photography, or content production.
• Able to scout locations, plan shots, and visualize content according to a brief or storyboard.
