Description:

We’re hiring a Car Washer to join our dealership team — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles showroom-ready and understands the importance of first impressions. You’ll clean exteriors using pressure washers, extendable brushes, degreasers, and industrial soap solutions to remove heavy grime and buildup. You’ll shampoo seats and carpets, clean air vents, scrub door jambs, and polish trim with precision and care. You’ll assist with applying wax, tire shine, and protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity. You’ll follow a step-by-step process to ensure every wash meets company standards for quality and efficiency. You’ll help move vehicles in and out of wash bays or drying areas, ensuring proper spacing and flow of traffic. You’ll assist in moving cars around the lot or into detailing bays using care and awareness of dealership property. You’ll monitor water pressure, chemical usage, and equipment performance throughout the cleaning process. You’ll keep your workspace spotless and your tools clean and organized between vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Respect personal property left inside vehicles and report anything unusual or valuable found.
• Support team members during peak times by helping with vacuuming, drying, or prepping cars.
• Wash and rinse vehicle exteriors using hoses, buckets, sponges, and pressure washers.
• Help maintain equipment and notify the team of any maintenance issues or malfunctions.
• Apply waxes, polishes, or protective coatings by hand or machine as requested.

Preferred:

• Values cleanliness, efficiency, and precision in daily work.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, and move quickly while cleaning vehicles.
• Organized with managing daily cleaning tasks, checklists, and time-efficient car wash routines.
• Experience washing, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles in a car wash, dealership, or valet service environment.
• Pays close attention to detail when cleaning wheels, windows, mirrors, mats, and dashboard areas.
