Description:

We’re looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician trainee who’s ready to learn, grow, and make a quiet but meaningful difference in people’s lives. You will be introduced to standardized laboratory protocols and trained to follow them with discipline and consistency. From blood draws to slide preparation, from centrifuge to analyzer — you’ll know each step, and why it matters. You’ll assist in handling real patient samples — blood, urine, swabs — and learn the importance of accuracy at every stage. You’ll be trained to understand how lab results influence diagnoses, and why getting it right — even behind the scenes — changes everything. When something doesn’t look right, you won’t guess — you’ll recheck, recalibrate, and confirm before moving forward. , CLIA, ISO, or local regulations). Your workspace will be organized, your records neat, and your attention always where it needs to be. You’ll communicate clearly with your team and know when to ask for a second set of eyes. Whether you’re running panels, preparing slides, or logging results, you’ll bring the same focus to every task.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with medical technologists, pathologists, and clinicians to clarify test orders, discuss abnormalities, or retest when needed.
  • Handle emergency or STAT samples with urgency, prioritizing workflow to meet clinical needs in time-sensitive situations.
  • Prepare specimens for transport or referral to external labs when specialized testing is required, following chain-of-custody protocols.
  • Work rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed in hospital or clinical lab settings that operate 24/7.
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment including microscopes, centrifuges, analyzers, and spectrophotometers to ensure accurate test results.

Preferred:

  • Values precision, reliability, and adherence to scientific and ethical standards.
  • Wants to grow into roles like Medical Technologist, Lab Supervisor, or Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • Organized with documentation, test requisitions, and daily workflow priorities.
  • Thrives in clean, structured, and safety-focused healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures, safety protocols, and proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Benefits:

  • Structured shifts that respect your focus and minimize distractions — because precision needs peace.
  • Breaks are real, PPE is stocked, and you’ll never be left to guess without support.
  • You’ll rotate through hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or your preferred area — variety with structure.
  • Opportunities to grow into Lead Technician, Quality Control Officer, or Medical Technologist roles.
  • We provide high-quality instruments, clear protocols, and safety-first culture — your role is respected and protected.

You’ll train not just your hands, but your eyes — to spot inconsistencies, notice contamination risks, and double-check every ID number. You’ll document with clarity, report with accuracy, and know that lives depend on the numbers you enter. You won’t be rushed — we’re more interested in helping you build long-term skills than checking boxes. You’ll grow into someone who others can count on — the one who quietly makes sure nothing is missed, spilled, mislabeled, or left incomplete. You won’t just run tests — you’ll ensure the integrity of every result that leaves your workstation. You may work quietly, but your impact speaks volumes through every result you deliver. If you believe true healthcare starts in the lab, and you’re ready to own your role in it — we want you on our team. You’ll begin as an observer, but you’re expected to grow into a contributor — someone trusted to perform basic procedures to protocol. If you’re ready to build serious technical habits, work under strict standards, and grow in a professional medical lab setting — we’re ready to train you properly.
