Description:

We’re hiring a Warehouse Worker to support our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center — perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-friendly, and ready to keep up with high-volume online orders. You’ll work in chilled and freezer zones where food products, medical supplies, or temperature-sensitive goods are stored and processed daily. You’ll scan and label thousands of packages per shift, working with speed and accuracy to meet shipping deadlines. You’ll pick and pack frozen, perishable, or refrigerated items while wearing thermal gear provided by the company. You’ll help load and unload temperature-controlled trucks, ensuring items are handled quickly to avoid spoilage. You’ll rotate between scanning, loading, unloading, and staging depending on volume and staffing needs. You’ll follow packaging standards for fragile, oversized, or multi-item orders to reduce damage during delivery. You’ll work under time pressure during peak hours, especially early mornings, evenings, or holiday rushes. You’ll report damaged items, misrouted parcels, or label issues immediately to prevent errors or delays.

Basic Qualifications:

• Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations based on inventory systems.
• Follow specific handling instructions for temperature-sensitive or regulated items.
• Prepare orders by gathering, wrapping, labeling, and staging items for delivery.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely to move heavy goods.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.

Preferred:

• Comfortable working in cold storage, hot environments, or standing/walking for long durations.
• Able to receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Willing to cross-train in multiple warehouse departments including shipping, receiving, returns, or quality control.
• Pays close attention to detail when verifying product quantities, locations, and condition.
• Comfortable using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), hand trucks, and barcode scanners during daily operations.

You’ll be expected to meet fulfillment speed targets, accuracy metrics, and daily quota goals as part of your shift performance. You’ll assist in regular stock counts and quality inspections to prevent product loss or contamination. You’ll report any temperature fluctuations, equipment malfunctions, or packing errors immediately to your supervisor. You’ll work on your feet for long periods and adapt to seasonal temperature changes inside the warehouse. You’ll wear required PPE and follow safety rules to protect yourself and your coworkers.
