Description:

We’re hiring a Music Producer who doesn’t just make tracks — but builds worlds around artists, guiding them from rough sketches to deeply personal, fully produced songs that leave a mark. You’ll produce original music across formats: singles, soundtracks, branded content, live activations, and more. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process — from early demos and arrangement to vocal direction, editing, and mixing supervision. You’ll create everything from rhythm tracks and harmonic beds to final arrangements and mixing notes. You’ll program beats, compose melodies, and design textures that enhance emotion, rhythm, and storytelling. You’ll produce beats, manipulate samples, build textures, and make decisions that elevate not just the song — but the brand. We expect you to balance emotion with technical excellence, making sure every sound choice supports the message, not just the vibe. You’ll take ownership of timelines, track revisions, and final deliverables, ensuring nothing leaves the studio until it’s right. You’ll also help shape sonic branding, audio identities, and long-term sound strategy for clients or in-house properties.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experiment with effects, layering, and sampling to create unique textures and sounds.
• Guide the emotional and sonic direction of songs to match the artist’s vision and market fit.
• Love the process—your ears, taste, and leadership shape how the world hears music.
• Oversee the full music production process—from concept to final mix and master.
• Balance perfectionism with progress—know when a track is done.

Preferred:

• Understands music publishing, rights, and metadata management for digital distribution.
• Background or passion in music composition, audio engineering, beatmaking, or sonic branding.
• Comfortable building beats, composing melodies, arranging tracks, and finalizing mixes.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and revising arrangements or mixes accordingly.
• Organized with session file management, plugin presets, and version control for collaborative workflows.
