Description:

We’re hiring a motivated and organized E-commerce Assistant to support the daily management of our online store. You’ll assist in managing product listings, ensuring they are up-to-date with accurate details, images, and pricing. You’ll help process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any shipping issues that may arise. You’ll manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and properly labeled for customers to purchase. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, manage discounts, and optimize product visibility online. You’ll assist with handling customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving any issues related to their purchases. You’ll help optimize product pages, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and have the best chance of driving conversions. You’ll maintain a clean and organized online store, ensuring that products are easy to find and navigate for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct competitor research to benchmark pricing, descriptions, and merchandising strategies.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints via email or platform messages, maintaining a helpful and professional tone.
• Help test new store features or product pages to confirm functionality before launch.
• Use tools like Trello, Notion, or Airtable to manage product update pipelines and task workflows.
• Be flexible and ready to help with anything from uploading a new product to chasing a supplier for tracking info.

Preferred:

• Background or interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, or product merchandising.
• Can help prepare product launches, manage SKUs, and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment services.
• Understands basic e-commerce operations including inventory updates, shipping settings, and product tagging.
• Willing to learn about e-commerce platforms, plugins, and app integrations over time.
• Experience working with Canva or Photoshop to create or edit product visuals is a plus.

You’ll handle product returns and exchanges, ensuring customers have a positive experience throughout the process. You’ll track the performance of online campaigns and provide insights on which strategies are driving traffic and sales. You’ll ensure all content, including banners and product descriptions, aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing strategy.
