Description:
We’re looking for a Reception Manager who brings warmth, professionalism, and leadership to the front desk. You’ll lead the front-of-house team with energy, warmth, and unwavering attention to detail. From greeting clients to coordinating room bookings, your mission is to make every interaction feel effortless and welcoming. You’ll oversee and elevate the performance of front desk staff, ensuring every guest is met with grace and efficiency. Each day, you’ll oversee guest flow, incoming calls, courier traffic, meeting room readiness, and general coordination with a graceful touch. When the unexpected happens — a no-show, a last-minute VIP guest, or a power outage — you’re already on Plan B. Training and mentoring reception staff will be a key part of your role — you lead by example. ” and you mean it. Basic Qualifications:
- Manage internal communication flow—sharing updates with reception staff and relaying feedback to HR or leadership as needed.
- Stay current with best practices in reception management, visitor experience, and office operations.
- Update reception manuals and SOPs regularly to reflect changes in policy, tools, or visitor protocols.
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Coordinate courier pickups, incoming mail, and package distribution across departments efficiently.
Preferred:
- Willing to assist in onboarding new hires by preparing welcome materials or office tours.
- Understands the importance of first impressions and maintaining a polished, friendly atmosphere.
- Able to multitask under pressure and prioritize urgent requests during busy hours.
- Experience managing front desk operations in hospitality, corporate, or medical settings.
- Experienced in working with maintenance, security, or facilities teams for smooth coordination.
