Description:

We’re hiring a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team and create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing seamless user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into interactive, intuitive designs. You’ll create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions. You’ll work closely with developers to ensure the smooth implementation of your designs, addressing any potential challenges along the way. You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, or usability testing to inform design decisions and improve UX flows.
• Maintain design file hygiene—label layers, structure pages, and document variations clearly for future reuse.
• Support multiple projects at once while maintaining design integrity, deadlines, and internal standards.
• Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction patterns, page structure, and microinteractions.
• Create pixel-perfect layouts while still leaving room for developer flexibility when needed.

Preferred:

• Understands the principles of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable components.
• Can follow brand guidelines while adding user-friendly improvements.
• Understands front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or works closely with engineers to ensure design accuracy.
• Organized with design file naming, version control, and clear handoffs to developers.
