Description:

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Trainee — no professional experience required, just creativity, curiosity, and the drive to bring ideas to life visually. You’ll dive into real projects from day one — supporting campaign launches, social media content, and branded visuals across multiple platforms. We’ll teach you how to design within a fashion identity — clean, elevated, and emotionally resonant. Your first tasks will include resizing assets, creating social media graphics, and supporting ongoing brand projects. You’ll sit in on user interviews, product meetings, and feedback sessions to understand how design solves real problems. You’ll be part of a creative crew that thrives on bold visuals, smart strategy, and trend-aware thinking. Expect to create designs that live in people’s feeds, not just in files — and learn what performs and why. You’ll learn the difference between a “cool” design and one that actually works for the audience and goal. You’ll work with developers, learning how to hand off clean files, export assets, and communicate your intent clearly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Sketch concepts by hand or wireframe quickly when ideas are still rough.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and project managers to hit shared goals.
• Present your work with confidence, explaining design choices when needed.
• Be the one who always notices when something's a pixel off (and fix it).

Preferred:

• Organized with version control, asset folders, and naming conventions for efficient file sharing.
• Familiar with preparing files for print production and ensuring correct resolutions, bleeds, and formats.
• Knows how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Values creativity, clarity, and storytelling in visual communication.
• Willing to present design concepts to stakeholders and explain design decisions confidently.
