We’re hiring a Truck Driver who knows that delivering freight isn’t just about getting from A to B — it’s about doing it safely, reliably, and with pride. We know starting over isn’t easy, so we’ve built a program that trains from the ground up: how to inspect a truck, plan a route, and deliver with pride. You’ll perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report issues, and keep your rig in road-ready condition. You’ll learn how freight systems work here: paperwork, dispatch, time windows, and the customer expectations behind every delivery. You’ll work alongside senior drivers, joining real routes, watching how things are done, and getting your hands on the process without pressure. You’ll keep accurate logs, delivery records, and paperwork — because documentation matters as much as driving. You’ll take your first solo deliveries when you’re ready — not rushed — and you’ll know what’s expected before you ever turn the key. You’ll be expected to plan routes, adapt to detours, and handle delays with calm and common sense.

Basic Qualifications:

• Follow assigned routes and schedules while remaining flexible to adjust for weather, traffic, or road conditions.
• Load and unload cargo as required—ensuring proper weight distribution, secure fastening, and damage prevention.
• Assist in training new drivers or mentoring junior team members on safe and efficient driving practices.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours, mileage, fuel, and deliveries using ELD systems or paper logs as required by law.
• Secure all necessary permits or documentation when crossing state or national borders (for cross-border or intermodal trucking).

Preferred:

• Background or interest in logistics, freight delivery, transportation, or supply chain.
• Able to communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and clients in a professional manner.
• Familiar with using GPS devices, electronic logging devices (ELDs), or routing apps.
• Thrives in solo work environments with responsibility and independence.
• Comfortable driving in varying weather, road, and traffic conditions.
