Description:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Content Trainee to help build our startup’s online presence from scratch — no experience needed, just bold ideas and serious initiative. You’ll help write posts that position our team as experts, spark conversation, and bring in real leads — not just likes. We’ll teach you how to balance creativity with strategy, and how to speak in a voice that’s consistent, human, and brand-aligned. You’ll learn the basics of SEO, formatting for readability, and how to build trust through long-form content. Expect to do a little of everything: social posts, reels, memes, newsletters, product launch content, FAQs, and community replies. You’ll also get hands-on experience with trend tracking, hashtag research, and analyzing performance metrics like reach and saves. We’ll train you to write emails, nurture sequences, and Instagram posts that educate, inspire, or sell without sounding salesy. You’ll get feedback from marketers, founders, and subject-matter experts who want to help you grow, not just delegate work. You’ll study what works on LinkedIn — from personal storytelling to thought leadership — and adapt it to our brand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pitch fresh ideas that align with brand goals, not just what’s trending.
• Edit or write short-form copy that’s snappy, clear, and value-driven.
• Keep a consistent brand voice while adapting tone to each platform's culture.
• Build relationships with our audience through stories, polls, comments, and DMs.
• Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion to keep everything organized.

Preferred:

• Organized in managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and approval workflows across teams.
• Experience creating and managing content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Experienced in using SEO principles when creating blog posts, captions, or video scripts.
• Comfortable with content management systems like WordPress, Notion, or Webflow.
• Open to running webinars, newsletters, giveaways, or digital events to boost engagement.
