Description:

We’re hiring a Financial Analyst Trainee to help us understand the story behind the numbers — no experience required, just strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to grow. You’ll assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing trends, and tracking key performance indicators across departments. We’ll teach you how to spot trends, calculate margins, and understand what drives profitability in a company. actuals, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Expect to support month-end closings, variance analysis, and presentations for senior decision-makers. We’ll walk you through cash flow management, scenario modeling, and how to evaluate business performance using financial ratios. We’ll guide you through interpreting performance variances and understanding what they really mean. We’ll guide you through revenue modeling, cash flow basics, and how businesses manage financial risk. You’ll also gain exposure to investor updates, board decks, and internal KPI reviews. You’ll also learn how to communicate with clarity, tailoring your message to non-financial teammates or leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• Track market trends, competitor performance, and economic shifts to provide context in recommendations.
• Collaborate with accounting, marketing, and operations to ensure financial alignment across the company.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• Identify red flags early by reviewing cash flow, burn rate, or debt ratios regularly.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, product margins, or market expansions using data-driven analysis.
